About NCP

On October 1, 2003, the vision of several already successful local and regional third party administrators and independent adjusting firms came to fruition and National Claims Professionals was formed. The vision was to bring to the national market the services of all the local claims professionals currently employed by these local companies who were unable to provide coast to coast solutions. What was needed was a single corporate entity with regional and local management that was committed to high standards of performance and united by a singular internet based claims management system that was available to its self insured clients, risk managers, brokers and insurance industry clients.

National Claims Professionals business model is simple. Management is highly diverse geographically, performed by those that own the company, whose goal is the long-term business relationships that result from high client satisfaction. We achieve this by tailoring National Claims Professionals performance to each client’s handling requirements and employing the most experienced nationwide staff in the industry.

National Claims Professionals unique “CLIENT PROFILE” allows all employees to instantly access a client’s claims handling requirements and instantly updates everyone when clients request changes.

I invite you to contact one of our regional offices and ask us to demonstrate what National Claims Professionals can do for you.
