tracking data and reporting information. It requires experienced claims
professionals following specific, unique service instructions of each

costs and disposing of claims promptly and fairly.
Whether independent field investigations or full claim management as
Third Party Administrators, we will:
• Conduct uniform, timely contact of parties within 24 hours
• Complete prompt and thorough investigations
• Provide accurate and consistent loss reserving recommendations
• Utilize litigation management strategies that accomplish a cooperative
effort between claim professionals and legal counsel while maintaining
control of cost factors
• If outside experts are approved and utilized by clients, we maintain
control of activities to control costs and monitor for effectiveness
• Vigorous pursuit of all avenues of subrogation recovery if approved by
client
• Utilized all appropriate settlement techniques approved by client ADR,
arbitration, mediation,etc)
• Maintain constant communication with all parties involved and follows
the protocols established at time of assignment or set up of new client
and detailed in Client Special Handling Manual or our
Internal Claims
